CHLORINE MEASURED AT 0 PPM AT MECHANICAL WAREWASH MACHINE. SANITIZER DISPENSER DID NOT APPEAR TO BE MOVING THROUGH NORMAL CYCLES. [CA] MEAINTIAN CHLORINE SANITIZER AT 50 PPM AT MECHANICAL WAREWASH MACHINE FOR PROPER SANITIZING. [SA] WASH WARES IN MACHINE THEN SANITIZE IN THREE COMPARTMENT SINK.
